CED Services was brought on to the construction project of two and three-story townhouses, with a shared car park, to provide electrical, communication cabling, and fire protection services. The project is located on Hope Street, in the suburb of Brunswick. Brunswick is an inner-city suburb of Melbourne, 6 km north of the CBD. It is a suburb known for its bohemian-inspired culture, and art and music scene. It is also home to a large student population due to its proximity to some universities and has a buzzing nightlife.
