Electrician – Mornington Townhouses
CED Services were contracted to assist with the construction of two side by side townhouses in Mornington. These double storeyed houses are located 57 kms south of Melbourne’s CBD amidst a very “village” like atmosphere that the suburb is known for. The main attractions at Mornington are the beaches, the hot springs and wineries that bring in a large number of customers to local businesses and properties that are let out through BnB services.

Both houses provide all modern necessities, however, the design was made keeping in mind the aesthetics of the neighbourhood. The house is minimalistic, spacious and brightly lit throughout the hallways and staircases with wooden flooring in the house. Since lighting greatly affects the space and the ambience of the house, the interiors were designed keeping in mind that we wanted to maintain the feeling of warmth inside the house and highlight other design elements such as the floor boarding, the smooth finish on the walls and the glass parapet of the staircases. A main switchboard and a meter panel was also installed to monitor the power usage and to protect devices incase of a high load of power influx which would break the circuit of power throughout the house.
Moreover, communication services were provided through ethernet cabling with the CAT^ data cables which allow super fast speeds of internet of 1000 mbps or more, MATV system with antenna for the best quality of reception on the television and additional Foxtel provisions were also installed for entertainment in both the houses.
