The JCB (Jackson Clements Burrows) Pty Ltd Architects office is located on Swan street in Richmond, an inner suburb of Melbourne city, about 3 kms east from the CBD. The suburb is a mix of expensive warehouse residences, high rise public housing, and Victorian inspired terrace houses, coexisting with a lively retail sector. CED was hired to work its magic in helping convert the 1300 sqm tired and old warehouse into a bright and inspiring workspace. Along with a garage, a second story was also added to accommodate the firm’s growing team. This was done within a turnkey time period of 4 months. Our work is in line with our purpose of setting benchmark service standards in the industry.
